How do I back up my workout data? ▼
PRVault stores all your data locally on your iPhone for privacy and speed. To back up your data:
- iCloud backup: Enable iCloud backup in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup. PRVault data will be included in your device backup.
- Manual export: Open the app, go to Settings, and use the export feature to save your data to Files or another backup service.
Your data is never uploaded to the cloud unless you explicitly export it.

How do I start a training program? ▼
PRVault includes 40+ pre-made training programs to get you started:
- Open the Programs tab and browse the available training plans
- Select a program that matches your goals and experience level
- Tap "Start Program" to begin tracking workouts for that program
- Follow the prescribed exercises and rep ranges for each session
- You can switch programs at any time or create a custom program

How do I track my personal records (PRs)? ▼
Tracking PRs is simple with PRVault:
- Log your exercise and weight during a workout session
- PRVault automatically tracks your all-time highest weight for each exercise
- View your PRs in the Analytics section to see trends and milestones
- The app notifies you when you hit a new PR
- You can manually set or adjust PRs in the exercise details if needed

How many exercises does PRVault support? ▼
PRVault comes with 250+ pre-loaded exercises covering all major muscle groups and movements. You can also create custom exercises tailored to your specific training needs. Each exercise can be tracked with weight, reps, sets, and custom notes.

What happens if I uninstall the app? ▼
Since PRVault stores data locally on your device, uninstalling the app will remove your data unless you've backed it up. To protect your data:
- Enable iCloud backup before uninstalling
- Export your data to Files or email before uninstalling
- If you reinstall PRVault, you can restore from your backup

Does PRVault require an account or internet connection? ▼
No. PRVault is completely offline-first with no accounts, no sign-up, and no cloud sync. You can use the app fully without an internet connection. This means your workout data stays private on your device and the app is always fast and responsive.

Can I customize exercises or create my own? ▼
Yes, you can create custom exercises to match your specific training style. From the Exercises tab:
- Tap the "+" button to create a new exercise
- Enter the exercise name and select the primary muscle group
- Use the custom exercise in your workouts like any other exercise
- Custom exercises sync with any programs you add them to

- Volume trends: See your total training volume over time

Can I use PRVault on multiple devices? ▼
PRVault is designed for iPhone and stores data locally on each device. If you want to use the app on multiple iPhones:
- Export your data from the first device
- Install PRVault on the second device
- Import the exported data on the new device
- Note: Changes on one device won't automatically sync to another without manual export/import

Is my data private? ▼
Yes. All your workout data is stored only on your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit your personal training data to any server. PRVault never contacts external servers for your workout information, exercise logs, or personal records. Your privacy is completely protected.

How do I reset the app to its default state? ▼
If you want to start fresh with PRVault:
- Open Settings within the app
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Reset All Data"
- Confirm that you want to clear all workouts and custom data
- The app will restart with default exercises and programs loaded
